Format: 25 multiple-choice questions, 80% to pass. Available online (@Home with webcam), in-office, or via approved driving school.

Bring: Proof of identity (legal name, DOB, lawful status), Social Security Number, and two proofs of Colorado address dated within the last year; minors need parent/guardian signature.
If you don't pass: Unlimited attempts, but no more than twice per day.
Renewing Your License in Colorado
Colorado licenses are valid for 5 years and a standard renewal costs $30. Adult (21+) standard DL/ID holders may renew online if photo on file is less than 10 years old, license has not been expired more than 1 year, no name/vision changes, no medical restrictions, no active restrictions, and no DUI in the last 5 years. Under-21 must renew in office.
